Applications for Victorian nomination under the Subclass 491 Skilled Work Regional visa program opened on 18 November 2019. It is free to lodge a Victorian nomination application. All STSOL occupations are on the list but an employment offer is required. No fee for the nomination application.
Other requirements:
- Financial: $20000 onshore, $30000 offshore plus $5000-10000 each dependent
- Offer of Employment: minimum 12 months full time contract in the nominated occupation
- Genuine Intention to Live in Regional Victoria
